1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (tea, coffee, and other consumables), returns are only accepted if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The package is unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • A return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.

Consumable goods that have been opened or used cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.


2. Refund Conditions

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item received is damaged during transit.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a refund, you must email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order Number

  • Photos/Videos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Delivery date details

Once verified, refunds will be:

  • Issued to your original payment method, or

  • Provided as store credit (based on your preference)

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process after approval.


3. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • We will dispatch a new product once your claim is verified.

  • Replacement is subject to product availability.

If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.


4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used tea/coffee products

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Packages without original packaging


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been packed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund for cancelled orders (if applicable) will be initiated within 3–5 working days.


6. Delivery Issues

If your order is:

  • Not delivered,

  • Marked delivered but not received, or

  • Delivered to the wrong address

please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.
